Returns & Exchanges

In the very unlikely event, you are not completely satisfied with your Twin Comfort product(s) you can return them in the first 14 days for a full refund. If a Twin Comfort product is damaged in transit it can be exchanged.

If you would like to return a mattress or pillow for a refund or exchange a mattress or pillow due to damage:

1. The first step to return or exchange products is to us know by emailing us on sales@twincomfort.co.uk

2. We will confirm back by email the return or exchange process.

3. For all mattresses and pillows, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Once confirmation has been received from us by email, Customers can arrange their own shipping to return the products or arrange a collection with our customer service team. Collection fees vary depending on the product being returned.

5. Details of where to send the mattress and or pillow(s) will be given in our email confirmation.

6. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the returned product(s), however, refunds may be subject to processing times of the recipient's bank or payment provider.

If there is a fault with a Twin Comfort mattress, we will send out an independent furniture technician to assess and advise on the next stage of the return process.

All Twin Comfort mattresses and pillows come with a 14-day money back guarantee (This does not affect your consumer statutory rights) For hygiene reasons, returns are accepted only for unused products in their original unopened packaging and customers are responsible for the returns cost.
